Purpose

This website is used to provide information about the Classic Ensemble Vienna and to book tickets online.

The information on this website is thoroughly checked and regularly updated. However, there is no guarantee for the complete, current and correct information contained in the contents offered within these internet pages. We reserve the right to make changes and miscalculations. The access and use of the website, as well as any information contained therein or referred to, is the sole responsibility of the user. References to other websites are characteristic elements of the WWW. However, contents of linked pages are expressly not part of this website. A guarantee or liability for content and content changes on referenced pages is expressly excluded. The use of any content of this website, in particular its copying, distribution, transmission and performance for commercial purposes is prohibited.

Data protection and Privacy

The personal data required for orders or inquiries, such as name, telephone, fax or e-mail, are used exclusively for the purposes described above and are not passed on to third parties or kept in evidence beyond the scope of the individual transaction.

Casts/Line-ups, Dates and/or Program Changes

We reserve the right to make changes and this does not entitle a return of tickets. Changes of the cast/line-up or the program do not entitle the user to return or exchange the tickets. Cast substitutions are not a reason for a cancelation of tickets, announcements of the cast are not considered as an implicit basis of contracts of the ticket acquisition. Changes to the casting thus remain expressly reserved to the organizers. A short notice for a change in the start time of the performance does not entitle the purchaser to return the acquired ticket.

Ticket Redemption

It is not possible to make a substitute for tickets which are not used or only partially used, for example, due to a late arrival, or for any lost tickets.

Ticket Collection

Tickets are ready for collection 30 minutes prior to the start of the concert at the door upon presentation of the reservation number and photo identification.
